Off to Indo

Tomorrow pt. 2 of our trip begins with our flight into Bali and on to Lombok (the next island over). We've spent the last hour or so repacking and high-grading all our bits and pieces in an effort to be as light on our feet as possible. We spend a week or so on Lombok at the "Surfer's Inn" and then we're back to 5 star Nusa Dua (Bali) where our friend is getting married.

On an HK related note, my baptism into the Chinese culture continues, mostly coming by way of interesting choices of food, and developing the necessary ability to ignore being bumped, jostled and budged in front of by the resident population.
It's a good thing I'm not as picky as I used to be as there's no way I could survive if I was....Cammy, maybe don't come to HK :) So far I've eaten sea cucumber, snails, various forms of crustacean, sea cucumber intestine, duck tongue and chicken feet to name a few. I wish I'd taken photos of it all, but at times it just doesn't seem appropriate. :)
