Hong Kong Town

Call me and the Kwanster Mr. and Mrs. International :) Taking a look a t the various currencies needed to get by on this trip makes me glad that most of them are colored differently...just so I can tell 'em all apart.

...Touch down in HK has occurred. It appears to be a land of expensive cars, oppulent buildings, and a lot of people that live a life in stark contrast. Day 1 we arrived at the "Bel Air Club" where Catherine's aunt lives. She has an apartment on the 40th floor, overlooking the water. She also drives a brand new Land Rover, with hydraulics that lower the car for parking garages!!
Her car pales in comparison, however, to the spotless Ferrari and Lambo that we pass every day, apparently owned by the same guy. On the flipside, we've visited the busier shopping areas where there are people packed in to very small spaces trying to make a living selling everything you can imagine.
